Norwegian skating lessons for every level. Join…..
Skating is good for your endurance, coordination and motor development. In the lessons we will work together to make you better. Tips and exercises to stand on the ice with more confidence. The Duosport instructor will help you further. This way you can be sure that you have a wonderful, sporty winter and that you are prepared for natural ice. Because skating is fun!

When?
entire season, before Christmas and after Christmas 2024-2025

- A lesson lasts one hour.
- The pre-Christmas period runs from Sunday, October 20 to Saturday, December 21
- The post-Christmas period runs from Sunday, January 5 to Saturday, March 15, 2025
- gloves, a hat or helmet and clothing that allows you to move easily.
When not?
During the Christmas holidays there are no regular classes from Sunday December 22 to Saturday January 4, 2025.
Weekly lessons will continue during the autumn and spring holidays.
What does it cost?
The amounts include entrance and exclude skate rental.
The number of entrances is equal to the number of lessons.
