We have tried to make these terms and conditions as simple and clear as possible.

In the event of the closure of an ice rink / Corona adaptation in the event of a possible lockdown.
We can skate again as we are used to. Because we cannot predict the course of the season and because we understand that you may also have the risk of a lockdown or closure of an ice rink in mind, we have adjusted our conditions. If we have to stop or interrupt the classes due to a lockdown or closure, you will receive the tuition fees of the remaining weeks minus 2 classes. If the course does not start or starts later, you pay the number of lessons that continue and you will receive the remainder back or we will adjust the course amount.

The agreement

You do business with us online in a secure web environment.
When you book a course with us, you will receive a confirmation by email.
You will receive the lesson card by email or post. Depending on the way of entrance, which is determined by the ice rink. All our prices on the website include VAT.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel with a partial refund up to half of the booked course period. The moment of cancellation is decisive. If something is not correct in your data, please let us know.

Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. This can be done through the head instructor at the ice rink or through the administration. Describe your complaint as clearly as possible, so that we can help you properly and find a suitable solution.

Further conditions regarding the entrance area on the lesson card can be found on the site of the ice rink. We can always be reached by mail (info@duosport.nl) and by telephone from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 14.00 via 0900-duosport (3867767) 10 cents per minute (during the skating season).

One-time activity

You can cancel the lesson up to 5 days in advance, whereby a € 12.50 administration fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 5 days before the start of the lesson, the entire lesson amount will be charged.
Participation is always at your own risk.
