methodology
Methodology, or method theory, is the path through which learning takes place.
The Duosport method has a number of advantages:
– By constantly referring to the total movement in the methodology, pieces of the movement fall into place and fewer errors are taught
– There is soon 'skating' instead of practicing sec
– Fear plays a major role in the learning process, by starting from a simplified total movement and focusing on rhythm, the movement remains small and manageable, so that any fear present is less dominant
– Anyone can enroll at any level and receive challenging, appropriate exercise material
With the help of this learning spiral, the skating movement is continuously improved. This is always based on the total movement. To teach the entire movement, you can always emphasize one of those parts.
The core of the method used at Duosport is that skating is a total movement. The separate 'pieces' cannot be seen separately from each other. A change in one has an irrevocable effect on the other.
The Duosport methodology has a number of advantages:
– By constantly referring to the total movement in the methodology, pieces of the movement fall into place and less incorrect learning occurs
– There is often 'skating' instead of just practicing
– Fear plays a major role in the learning process.By starting from a simplified overall movement and focusing on rhythm, the movement remains small and manageable, so that any anxiety that may be present is less prevalent
– Anyone can join at any level and receive challenging, appropriate practice material
