You hook up with a recognizable Duosport instructor who rides the lap time closest to you and skates the number of laps scheduled for that evening. You don't have to sign up separately for buffalo.
Come buffalo! Buffalo is ideal for working on your fitness or as training for a natural ice tour. Skate the sweat on your back, with an increasing number of laps (between 40 and 150 laps) and different levels/lap times. Do you go with the speed or do you build it up more slowly? You can start driving fifteen minutes before the start.
